    Registration on-site can be paid with cash and by credit card. Card Types accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Cash Payments accepted are in EURO and Singapore Dollars SGD.

    Cancellations

    Cancellation of registration will only be processed upon receipt of written notification. Currency exchanges are the responsibility of the registrant and the Congress Secretariat will accept no liability for money loss through bank charges, transfers or currency fluctuations. Registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payments as outlined above will not be honoured until full payment is received. Refunds will be settled within one month of the congress, in order to facilitate necessary organisational and logistic procedures.

    Cancellation fees:

    • On/Before 16th March 2007: Registration Fees Refunded less 50 Euro administration fee
    • On/Before 1st April 2007: Registration Fees less 30%
    • On/Before 1st May 2007: Registration Fees less 60%
    • On/Before 1st June 2007: Registration Fees less 80%
    • From 22nd June 2007: No refunds

    The name change fee (80 Euro after 25th May 2007) is not refundable at any time.
